Marriage and Family Therapist
About
My goal as a therapist is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where couples and individuals can openly explore their emotions, strengthen their relationships, and develop healthier ways to communicate. Whether you are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, or personal stressors, therapy is an opportunity to gain clarity, connection, and personal growth.
I specialize in working with couples, helping them foster open communication, deepen their understanding of one another, and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships. My areas of expertise also include marital issues, life transitions, stress management, and interpersonal relationships. I am passionate about guiding couples toward meaningful change and lasting connection.

I earned my Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy from Hofstra University in 2023, and my work has been recognized in Newsday, where I provided advice to couples preparing to move in together or adjusting to cohabitation. I have experience working with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds, and I strive to create a welcoming environment for all. I look forward to helping my clients cultivate healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
