Intake Session $150,
Sessions range from $125-250 per 45-minute session

Insurance

We accept the following insurance: Aetna, Cigna, Northwell Direct, Optum (United Healthcare, Oscar, Oxford). We also work with out of network benefits through NYSHIP, the City of NY Plan (Emblem Health/GHI) and Carelon (formally Beacon).

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment

All major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
