About
With a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, I bring a unique blend of clinical training and deep compassion to the therapeutic space. Before entering the mental health field, I spent 12 years working closely with children and families as a preschool teacher and director of children’s programs in the church—experiences that continue to inform my holistic, person-centered approach.
My clinical work is grounded in a systemic perspective, meaning I view individuals within the context of their relationships and environments. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Experiential/Satir approaches to help clients explore their stories, build coping skills, and move toward healing and growth.
I am passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges and transitions, and I’m committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and open space where clients can explore their identities and experiences without judgment. I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, complex PTSD, chronic health concerns, neurodivergence, family conflict, and issues related to LGBTQ+ identity and inclusion.
At the core of my work is a belief in the inherent capacity for growth and transformation. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater understanding and well-being.
